介绍一种新型隧道收敛计的技术性能,并对收敛计的工作特性、仪器常数、检定基线场以及收敛计的静动态测试分析分别进行了论述。该机采用大张力自锁紧摇柄加载系统,并在结构上进行了一系列性能提升设计,具有很高的量测精度,特别适用于大跨度隧道的变形监测。精度测试表明,该机重复性指标(k=3)为0.06mm,位移量测的总不确定度(k=3)为0.10mm(≤20m)。
The technical performance of a new type of tunnel convergence meter is introduced. The working characteristics, instrument constants, calibration baseline field and the static and dynamic test analysis of the convergence meter are separately discussed. The machine uses a large tension self-locking crank handle loading system, and the structure of a series of performance-enhancing design, with high measurement accuracy, especially for large-span deformation monitoring tunnel. Accuracy tests show that the repeatability index (k = 3) is 0.06mm and the total uncertainty of displacement measurement (k = 3) is 0.10mm (≤20m).
