去冬,我们上海昆剧团应第八届亚洲艺术节的邀请到香港演出。在十六场演出中,除了传统折子戏以外,还有一台大戏《十五贯》。八十三岁高龄的老艺术家俞振飞演出了《太白醉写》。大家知道,昆曲到香港演出,以近几十年来说,这是头一次。所以我们决心要好好地把古老的昆曲介绍给广大的香港同胞,使他们了解我们伟大的祖国还有这么美好的古老的艺术。十一月一目是首场演出,也是亚洲艺术节最后第三场演出。由于是首场,所以大家的心情很紧张,我也感到不踏实:昆曲到底能不能被香港观众所接受?

I also feel that I am not realistic: Is it acceptable to Hong Kong audiences for Kunqu opera?
