测定了８４例慢性浅表性胃炎、６８例慢性萎缩性胃炎及２７例胃癌患者和１０６例健康人的血清Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ、Ｃａ的含量。结果表明：（１）慢性浅表性胃炎组与正常组相比，Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ｃｕ轻度升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而慢性萎缩性胃炎组的血Ｚｎ又比慢性浅表性胃炎组低（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ也有所下降；胃癌患者的Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ显著低于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者（Ｐ＜０．０１），血清Ｃｕ明显高于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。（２）慢性萎缩性胃炎患者男、女组间仅Ｍｇ元素有差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；≤５０岁的患者较＞５０岁的患者血清Ｚｎ高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The serum levels of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mg, and Ca in 84 cases of chronic superficial gastritis, 68 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis, 27 cases of gastric cancer, and 106 healthy persons were measured. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the normal group, the chronic superficial gastritis group had decreased Zn and Fe (P<0.01) and Cu slightly increased (P<0.05), while the chronic atrophic gastritis group Blood Zn was lower than that of chronic superficial gastritis group (P<0.05), Fe and Cu were also decreased; Zn, Fe, and Ca of gastric cancer patients were significantly lower than those of chronic atrophic gastritis (P<0.01). Serum Cu was significantly higher than patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (P<0.01). (2) Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis had only differences in Mg between males and females (P<0.01); patients with ≤50 years of age had higher serum Zn levels than patients >50 years old (P<0.01).
