目的：研究nm23／NDPK在200例食管癌的表达意义及免疫组化阳性指标评价。方法：选用食管癌切除标本200例，按S－P法检测nm23／NDPK的表达阳性率。结果：伴有淋巴结转移组的nm23／NDPK表达强度明显低于无淋巴结转移组，有非常显著差异（P＜0．001），表明nm23／NDPK表达水平与食管癌淋巴结转移呈密切负相关。结论：本文提出的免疫组化阳性分级指标是一种简便而有意义的指标，检测nm23／NDPK表达水平可作为判断食管癌预后的参考指标。
Objective: To study the expression of nm23/NDPK in 200 cases of esophageal cancer and the evaluation of positive immunohistochemical markers. Methods: 200 cases of esophageal cancer resection specimens were selected and the positive rate of nm23/NDPK expression was detected by S-P method. RESULTS: The expression of nm23/NDPK in lymph node metastasis group was significantly lower than that in no lymph node metastasis group (P<0.001), indicating that the expression of nm23/NDPK was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis in esophageal cancer. Conclusion: The immunohistochemistry positive grading index proposed in this paper is a simple and meaningful indicator. Detecting the expression level of nm23/NDPK can be used as a reference index to judge the prognosis of esophageal cancer.
