目的了解西安市\\\"义务教育学生营养改善计划\\\"(以下简称\\\"营养改善计划\\\")学校食堂的食物供应情况,为学生营养监测及\\\"营养改善计划\\\"的实施提供参考。方法抽取西安市实施\\\"营养改善计划\\\"区县中6个农村区县,每个区县抽取10%~20%食堂供餐的学校,采用记账法对2015年学校食堂的食物供应情况进行调查。结果共调查58所学校,将学校上报的各种食物分为粮谷类、畜禽肉、蔬菜、鸡蛋、豆制品、植物油六大类。各学校上报的食物种数8~41种不等。粮谷类、鸡蛋、豆制品供应量偏低的学校比例分别为47.6%,74.1%,74.1%。试点地区农村学校6类食物供应量分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=251.746,P<0.05)。不同季节6类食物供应情况分布差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论西安市\\\"营养改善计划\\\"学校食堂食物供应情况的调查需进一步完善。食堂供餐的学校学生膳食结构不合理。
Objective To understand the food supply situation of school cafeteria in Xi\'an City for compulsory education students nutrition improvement program (hereinafter referred to as \"nutrition improvement plan\") and provide reference for the implementation of student nutrition monitoring and nutrition improvement plan. Methods Six schools in six counties and districts in the \\ \"nutrition improvement plan \\\" in Xi\'an were selected and schools in which 10% ~ 20% dining halls were provided in each district and county. The bookkeeping method was used to calculate the food supply status of school canteens in 2015 Investigate. Results A total of 58 schools were surveyed, and various kinds of food reported by the schools were divided into six categories: cereals, poultry, vegetables, eggs, soy products and vegetable oils. Each school reported the number of species ranging from 8 to 41 kinds of food. The proportion of schools with low cereals, eggs and soy products supply was 47.6%, 74.1% and 74.1% respectively. There were significant differences in the distribution of 6 types of food in rural schools in pilot areas (χ ~ 2 = 251.746, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of food supply in six seasons (P> 0.05). Conclusion The survey of food supply in Xi\'an \\ \"Nutrition Improvement Plan \\\" school canteen needs to be further improved. Canteen school meal diet structure is not reasonable.
