目的研究地榆中的三萜类成分。方法利用聚酰胺、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和ODS柱色谱分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析(1H-NMR和13C-NMR)确定结构。结果从体积分数为70%的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离鉴定了8个三萜类成分,分别为arjunic acid(1)、rosamultic acid(2)、haptadienic acid(3)、1β-羟基蔷薇酸(4)、蔷薇酸(5)、tormentic acid(6)、坡模酸(7)和乌苏酸(8)。结论化合物1、2、3为首次从地榆属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。
Objective To study the triterpenoids in Burnet. Methods Polyamide, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS were used for separation and purification. The structure was confirmed by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR). Results Eight triterpenoids were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract of 70% ethanol extract. They were arjunic acid (1), rosamultic acid (2), haptadienic acid (3), 1β- Hydroxytrityl (4), rose (5), tormentic acid (6), pamoic acid (7) and ursolic acid (8). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2 and 3 are the first known compounds isolated from Ulmus species.
