本文介绍了用于仪表测量时进行量程自动转换的3种方法。针对在测量过程中待测信号幅值跨度较大,需要频繁在多个量程之间进行转换的情况,分别通过模拟开关、数字电位器和集成可编程增益放大器解决了这一问题,对各方法的特点进行了深入的讨论,给出了提高精度、扩大应用范围的方法,对比了各方案的适用领域。通过多路模拟开关实现量程自动转换的方法可自行设计档位电路,对待测信号的幅度、频率限制较少;使用数字电位器的方法增益变化连续性高,能够对量程进行最大化的合理调整,适应宽范围的量程转换;使用集成增益可编程放大器的方法具有集成度高、精度高的优点。分析了通过软件设计实现安全、高效的量程转换的方法,给出了相应的程控源代码。
This article describes three methods for automatic range conversion when measuring instruments. Aiming at the situation that the amplitude of the signal to be measured is large in the measurement process and needs to be converted frequently among multiple ranges, this problem is solved through the analog switch, the digital potentiometer and the integrated programmable gain amplifier respectively. The author discussed deeply the characteristics of the program and gave some methods to improve the accuracy and extend the scope of application. Through the multi-channel analog switch to achieve automatic range conversion method can be designed gear circuit, the measured signal amplitude, frequency less limited; the use of digital potentiometer method of continuous gain variation, the range can be adjusted to maximize the reasonable , To adapt to a wide range of range conversion; the use of integrated gain programmable amplifier method has the advantages of high integration, high accuracy. The method of realizing safe and efficient range conversion through software design is analyzed, and the corresponding programmable source code is given.
