法国AE公司多年来一直在从事电子束焊接技术的研究,这种新的焊接方法已在活塞的设计和制选方面得到应用。1977年AE公司已成功地制成了电子束焊接的活塞。 在焊接过程中,电子束的动能在两个零件接合面间转变成热能,因此这两部分便牢牢地焊接在一起。电子束焊接是在真空下进行的,焊接时也不需外加任何材料。这种焊接方法具有较多的优点,例如焊缝严密,可保证两焊接面的平行,变形微小,结构均匀。
France AE company has been engaged in electron beam welding technology for many years, this new welding method has been applied in the design and selection of the piston. 1977 AE company has successfully made the electron beam welding piston. During the welding process, the kinetic energy of the electron beam is transformed into heat between the joining surfaces of the two parts so that the two parts are firmly welded together. Electron beam welding is carried out under vacuum, welding without any additional material. This welding method has many advantages, such as tight weld, to ensure that the two welding surface parallel to the deformation of small, uniform structure.
