金匮肾气丸对肾阳虚动物模型影响的拆方研究

建立肾阳虚动物模型 ,对金匮肾气丸进行拆方研究。结果表明 ,肾气丸能显著提高阳虚小鼠T3、T4 水平 ,其作用机理可能与调节促进下丘脑—垂体—甲状腺轴有关。

An animal model of kidney-yang deficiency was established and the dismantling of the Jinkui Shenqi Pill was studied. The results showed that Shenqi Pill can significantly increase the levels of T3 and T4 in Yang deficiency mice. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis.
