内二科是一个呼吸系统疾病病人和心血管系统疾病病人混住的一个科室,其病情相当复杂,从2月～4月期间,我们对100例患者分析发生医源感染的情况:两个系统混住(不分开病室)引起的医源感染明显高于两个系统分开居住所发生的医源感染。 该科医源感染的特点:病原菌通过空气、唾液传播引起上呼吸道感染,如鼻塞、流涕、头痛、头晕、气急、咳嗽、咳痰,更严重的就是心慌,胸闷等涉及心脏的一系列表现。入院前均无上
