随着中等职业学校发展的艰难和不断改革创新,近几年来在看到可喜的成功的尝试时,我们也看到了一些不良的倾向和问题不足。为满足新形势下对人才素质的要求,中等职业学校体育教学不能单纯以身体训练为主,要与时俱进,不断创新,更加注重结合学生的专业特点,多方位全面地发展其身体素质,朝着快乐型、健康型、多元型的方向发展。因此,对提高学生身体素质和心理承受能力最直接、也是最有效的体育教学就显得尤为重要,这也是新时期对中等职业学校体育教学提出的新要求。
