在我国石棉水泥制品企业中,绝大多数的制瓦机都是生产小波瓦的。但是,生产中波瓦比生产小波瓦更为经济合理。因为:(一)小波瓦波高14~17毫米,中波瓦波高33毫米,波高小不仅影响屋面排水和美观,而且波高小,断面系数也小。断面系数的大小,又直接影响到瓦的横向强度,断面系数大则强度高。工厂试验证明,采用相同的配料和工艺制度生产的中波瓦其强度约比小波瓦高50~60%左右。(二)小波瓦自重大,消耗的原材料多,工艺过程比较复杂。小波瓦的厚度是8毫米,
In China’s asbestos cement products company, the vast majority of tile makers produce wavelets.
