本文介绍了基于微型计算机和高分辨率面阵CCD的示温漆图像采集与数据处理系统。该系统在研究示温漆颜色温度特性的基础上 ,依据色度学理论、综合运用图像处理与数据库技术实现了示温漆温度判读与数据处理的自动化。实测数据表明 ,该系统显著提高了示温漆温度判读的准确性。
This article describes the microcomputer-based and high resolution area array CCD display temperature paint image acquisition and data processing system. Based on the study of the color temperature characteristics of temperature paint, this system realizes the automatic temperature reading and data processing of temperature paint by comprehensively using image processing and database technology according to the theory of colorimetry. The measured data show that the system significantly improves the accuracy of the interpretation of temperature paint temperature.
