The “alternative” translation discussed in this article refers to where the translator feels confused, confused, and feels the need for special treatment. The full text collects a large number of examples encountered in life, divided into six categories, which will be confused with the difficulties to be analyzed, pointed out that there is no extensive knowledge, profound cultural accomplishment, flexible adaptability and proficiency in language proficiency in these translations “Alternative” is difficult to handle well. In the concluding remarks, the article emphasizes the study of bilingualism and dialect translation which is often encountered in daily social life. It is necessary to study which of the “alternative” and related occasions should be labeled in English without using Chinese and which should be in Chinese or English, Which should not be dialects, which only use the Chinese logo without using bilingual, to study how to deal with cross-language communication in a thing in different languages have different naming. This paper suggests that careful study of “alternative” translation should not only focus on its translation skills, but also find a theoretical red line of pragmatic translation that guides us in this area of translation practice.
