目的 :探讨分析血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)联合β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)检测糖尿病早期肾功能损伤的诊断价值。方法 :选取2015年11月至2016年11月在本院接受治疗的糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,按照肾功能损伤程度的不同分为正常组以及轻度组,每组各50例,同时选取同期接受治疗的正常患者50例作为参照组,回顾性调查分析三组患者的Cys-C、β2-MG含量。结果 :通过对比发现,正常组患者的Cys-C、β2-MG含量与参照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。轻度组患者的Cys-C、β2-MG含量与参照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,且2项联合检查的阳性率高于单项检测。结论 :血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)联合β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)检测糖尿病早期肾功能损伤的诊断价值较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C (Cys-C) combined with β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in the detection of early diabetic renal damage. Methods: 100 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research objects, divided into normal group and mild group according to the degree of renal dysfunction, 50 cases in each group In the same period, 50 normal subjects were treated as the reference group. The Cys-C and β2-MG contents of the three groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Compared with the reference group, there was no significant difference in Cys-C and β2-MG content in the normal group (P> 0.05). The levels of Cys-C andβ2-MG in mild group were significantly different from those in the reference group (P <0.05), and were statistically significant. The positive rates of the two combined tests were higher than those of the single test. Conclusion: Serum cystatin C (Cys-C) combined with β2 microglobulin (β2-MG) has a high diagnostic value in the early stage of diabetic renal damage. It is worthy of clinical application.
