教师作为学校的软件资源,是影响教育质量的第一要素。因此,如何促进教师资源合理流动与均衡配置,缩小义务教育阶段学校师资差距,应该成为今后政府政策干预中的优先选项。
Teachers as the school’s software resources, is the first element affecting the quality of education. Therefore, how to promote the rational flow of teachers resources and the balanced allocation of teachers to narrow the gap between teachers in compulsory education should become the priority of government policy intervention in the future.
