在部、局和省、地委的领导下,自年初以来,我们在全矿进行了系统的社会主义教育,开展了以增产节约为中心的“五好”劳动竞赛运动,提高了群众的思想觉悟和生产热情,促进了生产不断增长。第一季度,按品种等级超额完成了部下达的计划,特一级棉超产90%,特二级棉超产22%,各级机选棉也都超产很多;各类产品质量完全符合国家标准;单位成本比计划下降15.53%;上缴利润比计划增多17%;劳动生产率比去年同期提高12.7%;杜绝了死亡和重伤事故,实现了安全生产。第二季度的生产情况也很好。
