我厂全体职工在上级党委的正确领导下,在总路线、大跃进、人民公社三面红旗的光辉照耀下,1960年提前二十天胜利地完成了年度生产计划,红砖产量比1959年增长1.85倍,劳动生产率提高一倍以上,单位成本下降59.36%,产品质量有很大提高,全面取得了高产优质的巨大胜利;尤其在利用劣质煤、降低煤耗方面更取得了显著的成绩,仅下半年就为国家节约煤1771吨.由于煤耗不断下降,生产成本也显著降低,去年第四季度红砖单位成本就比一季度降低了55.6%,比1959年同期则降低了70%以上.
