消化性溃疡的诊断依赖于其典型症状,内窥镜和钡剂造影所见。但却有一些无症状的患者,往往是出现大出血和穿孔才为发现。有资料统计:约1/3 胃肠溃疡穿孔的病人无任何先期症状,大约1/5大出血的病人也是这样。 无症状的消化性溃疡的内窥镜研究尚无系统报
The diagnosis of peptic ulcer depends on its typical symptoms, endoscopy and barium contrast seen. However, some asymptomatic patients are often found bleeding and perforation. Statistics show that: about 1/3 of patients with perforation of gastrointestinal ulcers without any prior symptoms, about 1/5 of bleeding patients as well. Endoscopic research on asymptomatic peptic ulcer has not been reported systematically
