《国家中长期改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出了“办好开放大学”的要求,我国开始了以中央广播电视大学为支撑转型为国家开放大学的试点。如何提高开放教育的教学质量是开放教育工作者长期研究的课题。根据开放学习者的特征,分析当前开放教育教学和管理中存在的问题,构建了一套质量保障体系,以期达到相应的教学效果。
The “National Medium and Long-term Plan for Reform and Development (2010-2020)” put forward the requirement of “running an open university”, and our country started a pilot project of transforming China Central Radio and TV University into a national open university. How to improve the teaching quality of open education is a long-term research subject of open education workers. According to the characteristics of open learners, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching and management of open education and constructs a set of quality assurance system to achieve the corresponding teaching effect.
