新修订的《复混肥料》及《肥料标识》国家新标准已经国家质量监督检验检疫总局批复,并于2001年7月26日公布,现已出版发行。国家质量监督检验检疫总局即将在各省举办培训班对相关企业的人员进行培训,宣传讲解新标准。新标准定于2002年1月1日正式施行。从公布之日起到2001年底为新标准的宣贯期。各复混肥料生产单位要认真学好新标准,做好执行新标准的准备工作,特别是对现行包装袋
Newly revised national new standards for “Compound Fertilizer” and “Fertilizer Logo” have been approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and were announced on July 26, 2001, and have now been published. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China will soon hold training courses in various provinces to train personnel of relevant enterprises to publicize and explain new standards. The new standard will be formally implemented on January 1, 2002. From the date of promulgation to the end of 2001, it is the period of publicity for the new standard. Each compound fertilizer production unit must seriously study the new standards and prepare for the implementation of the new standards, especially for the current packaging bags.
