日前,温州市政府出台了促进房地产市场发展的十七条意见,旨在进一步完善该市房地产市场调控政策,切实加强住房保障体系建设,合理引导住房消费与开发建设,规范和维护房地产市场秩序。其中,意见进一步落实了购房人户政策。购房入户近年已很少有人谈起。在上个世纪末,购房入户很是时兴了一阵,初衷是为了促进小城镇的发展,为了改变城乡二元结构,当然也为了繁荣房地产业,但后来因为引发了教育、社保、治安等一系列新问题而被逐渐叫停。
