随着社会主义现代化进程的推进,依法治国已成为党领导人民建设社会主义现代化国家的一个基本治国方略。十八大以来,党中央提出“四个全面”战略布局,依法治国便成为实现“四个全面”发展战略的重要保障。本文就依法治国基本方略的内涵、十五大以来发展实施以及时代意义进行探究。
With the progress of socialist modernization, ruling the country by law has become a basic strategy for the party to lead the people in building a socialist modern country. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee has proposed a strategic layout of “four comprehensives,” and governing the country according to law has become an important guarantee for realizing the “four comprehensive” development strategy. This article probes into the connotation of the basic strategy of governing the country according to law, the development and implementation since the 15th National Congress and the significance of the times.
