目的:观察红花黄色素、前列地尔和甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将60例2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,对照组30例,治疗组30例。治疗组用注射用红花黄色素150mg加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,1日1次,前列地尔注射液20μg加入生理盐水100mL中静脉滴注,1日1次,甲钴胺注射液0.5mg肌肉注射,1日1次,对照组单纯用甲钴胺0.5mg肌肉注射,1日1次,两组疗程均为14天。观察两组临床疗效及其神经传导速度的改变。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为80.0%,对照组总有效率为53.3%,两组差别有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后神经传导速度比治疗前均有显著提高,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红花黄色素、前列地尔和甲钴胺联合是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the effects of safflor yellow, prostaglandin and mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups: control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases). The treatment group with injection of safflower yellow pigment 150mg added 250mL of normal saline intravenously, 1 on the 1st, the alprostadil 20μg added saline 100mL intravenous drip on the 1st, mecobalamin injection 0.5 mg intramuscularly, once a day. The control group was intramuscularly injected with 0.5 mg mecobalamin once a day for 14 days. The clinical efficacy and the changes of nerve conduction velocity in the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 80.0% in the treatment group and 53.3% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The nerve conduction velocity in both groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of safflor yellow, alprostadil and mecobalamin is an effective method for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
