硫酰氟是一种新型的薰蒸剂,有关毒性资料报导很少,为此进行了急性和亚急性吸入毒性研究。现将其结果总结如下。一、急性毒性实验:选用小鼠、大鼠和家兔进行急性静式染毒,每次染毒2小时,观察二周。雄性小鼠和大鼠的半数致死浓度分别各为800(742.1～857.9)和1060(920.6～1197.4)ppm,而家兔的致死浓度为3250ppm。中毒症状首先出现活动减少,然后奔跑、转圈、蹦跳及惊厥发作。因惊厥反复发
Sulfuryl fluoride is a new type of fumigant. There are few reports of toxicity data. For this reason, acute and subacute inhalation toxicity studies were conducted. The results are summarized below. First, acute toxicity test: Select mice, rats and rabbits for acute static exposure, each exposure 2 hours, observed for two weeks.
