培养创新意识就是要激发学生乐于创新的兴趣,养成良好的独立思考的习惯,在解决问题时,能主动积极地采取求异思维,能提出与众不同的设想,具备创造性,培养学生克服困难,勇于创新的精神。如何在教学中培养学生的创新意识呢?下面谈谈我在教学实践中的几点体会。一、提高教师自身素质,培养创新意识教师是实施素质教育的关键因素。教师必须努力提高自身素质,要适应新时代的客观要求,尽快实现教育观念的真正转变,端正教育思想,要进一步把教学的着眼点放在促进学生自主、充分、全面的发展上,更加重视培养学生主动学习能力;改变过去的评价方式,要善于发现并真心喜欢有创新精神的学生;尊重学生的兴趣爱好,
