获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者的神经系统并发症熟知者有感染和新生物两种。以这种并发症为主要症状者占10~30%。已证实由种以上细菌引起的CNS感染是少见的。本文报道一例AIDS患者并有隐球菌脑膜炎与脑弓形体病。男性,34岁同性恋者。两周来因恶心、呕吐、头痛、颈硬、畏光及体重减轻入院。曾患口腔念珠球菌病、轻微颈强直、双侧腹股沟淋巴结变硬且有中度肝脾肿大。
Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients with neurological complications known to those who have both infection and neoplasm. The main symptoms of this complication accounted for 10 to 30%. It has been demonstrated that CNS infections caused by more than one species of bacteria have been rare. This article reports an AIDS patient with cryptococcal meningitis and toxoplasmosis. Male, 34 years old gay. Two weeks to hospital due to nausea, vomiting, headache, neck stiffness, photophobia and weight loss. Have had oral candidiasis, mild neck stiffness, bilateral inguinal lymph nodes harden and moderate hepatosplenomegaly.
