硼系缓蚀剂,国外报道很少,国内尚未见这方面的资料。目前国外常见的是以硼砂为缓蚀剂辅助成份的配方。本文对以硼砂为基本成份的硼系缓蚀剂在冷却水系统中对A_3钢的缓蚀作用,进行了初步探讨。据文献记载:硼酸盐与多羟基羧酸或多羟基化物所形成的络合物,具有较好的缓蚀效果。为此首先对多羟基羧酸、多元醇等分别与硼砂所组成的体系,用极化电阻法进行筛选,如表1所示。
Boron system corrosion inhibitor, few foreign reports, the country has not yet seen this information. At present, foreign borax is commonly used as a corrosion inhibitor auxiliary ingredients formula. In this paper, the corrosion inhibition effect of boron-based corrosion inhibitor with borax as a basic component on A_3 steel in cooling water system was discussed. According to the literature, the complexes formed by borate and polyhydroxycarboxylic acid or polyhydroxy compound have good corrosion inhibition effect. To this end, the system consisting of polyhydroxycarboxylic acid, polyhydric alcohol and borax, respectively, was first screened by the polarization resistance method as shown in Table 1.
