本文通过对昆明市城市交通东出入口存在的问题及其解决对策的分析，阐述了重视分析和解决城市交通出入口存在的问题的必要性和紧迫性，提出了解决交通问题的系统观和综合观。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the east entrances and exits of urban transport in Kunming and the solutions to the problems, this paper elaborates the necessity and urgency of focusing on analyzing and solving the problems existing in the entrances and exits of urban traffic, and puts forward a systematic and comprehensive view on how to solve the traffic problems.
