随着经济体制改革的不断深入,建筑市场竞争日趋激烈,水电工程项目施工成本管理关系着水电企业的生存发展。要搞好项目施工成本管理,首先要搞好成本预测,确定成本控制目标;其次是围绕成本目标确立成本控制原则;三是查找途径实现成本控制目标;四是制定管理制度将成本目标层层分解。水电企业施工项目成本控制的主要方法是:推广项目核算;实行内部承包责任制;严格过程控制;改革分配制度;推广新技术、新材料、新工艺;加强索赔管理等。
With the continuous deepening of the economic reform and increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, the construction cost management of hydropower projects is related to the survival and development of hydropower enterprises.
