采用常温和低温两种溶剂挥发法制得左炔诺孕酮(LNG)新剂型:LNG-PLGA(9:1)微球。探讨了微球化法与微球的外观、体外释放、聚合物分子量、药物含量等特性的关系,结果低温法所得微球药物释放较常温法平稳而持久。
A new levonorgestrel (LNG) dosage form: LNG-PLGA (9: 1) microspheres was prepared by two solvent evaporation methods at room temperature and low temperature. The relationship between microsphereization and microspheres appearance, in vitro release, polymer molecular weight, drug content and other properties was discussed. Results The drug release of microspheres obtained by low temperature method was stable and durable compared with normal temperature method.
