引言:机遇只给有准备的人。2009年以来,城西区以贯彻实施创业带动就业战略为抓手,以西宁市创建国家级创业型城市为契机,结合区情实际,不断探索创业服务的新途径,在实践中摸索形成了“硬件建设现代化、宣传报道多样化、培训对象全民化、服务团队专业化、师资培养知识化、项目征集社会化、培训模式特色化、创业指导个性化、后续服务常态化”的“九化”创业服务模式。利用“九化”服务机制,以创新驱动创业带动就业的新局面,不断开拓就业新市场,截至目前,创业培训1125人,扶持创业300人,创业带动就业1500人。
