导纳心动图可提供多种心脏血流动力学参数,对了解生命活动和诊断疾病具有重要意义。目前的导纳微分血流图仪存在着测量复杂、功能不多,测试时需要屏气以及不能实时测量等缺点,1982年起第一医院内科与重庆大学的有关科研人员,对心脏功能监测技术进行了研究,首次采用价格低廉的单板机研制出了智能导纳心功仪,该仪器是一种智能式、多功能、实时、连续的心功能监测仪,除具有一般心功能仪的性能外,还能在不屏气及运动状态下进行多项心功能测定,对运动的生理、病理研究、药物试验等均有实用价值。
