1月6日,“中国科学院辽宁省人民政府沈阳市人民政府共建沈阳材料国家实验室协议”在辽宁省政府签署,中国科学院副院长阴和俊、辽宁省副省长刘强、沈阳市常务副市长顾春明出席签字仪式。辽宁省委常委、沈阳市委书记曾维会见了阴和俊。曾维指出,中科院提出建设国际一流的全链条全要素贯通式的沈阳材料国家实验室,打造中国材料综合研发高地,不仅反映出前瞻性思维和战略性眼光,而且体现了对沈阳的充分认同和深厚感情。实验室建设对于抢占国际新材料领域研发制高点、大力发展新材料产业具有重大战略意义,

Zeng Wei pointed out that the Chinese Academy of Sciences proposed to build a world-class all-in-one all-in-one Shenyang National Laboratory for Materials and to build a comprehensive R & D site for materials in China that not only reflects forward-looking thinking and strategic vision but also reflects full recognition of Shenyang and Deep feelings. Laboratory construction is of great strategic significance for seizing the commanding height of research and development in the field of new international materials and vigorously developing the new material industry.
