从红参(Panax ginseng c.A.Meyer)的根中分出一种齐墩果烷型皂甙-人参皂甙Ro(以下简称Ro)。本文对Ro的抗炎活性用不同的模型进行了系统的研究,结果如下: 在乙酸引起的小鼠血管通透性增加的模型上,口服200mg/kg的Ro与相同浓度的安替比林(阳性对照)作用相近,可明显地抑制血管透过性的增加。在角叉菜胶引起大鼠爪水肿的模型上,口服10、50、200mg/kg的Ro有明显抑制水肿的活性,但比10mg/kg的阳性对照品消炎痛作用弱。
An oleanane type saponin-ginsenoside Ro (hereinafter referred to as Ro) was separated from the root of Panax ginseng c.A. Meyer. In this paper, the anti-inflammatory activity of Ro was systematically studied using different models. The results are as follows: In an acetic acid-induced increase in vascular permeability in mice, 200 mg/kg of Ro was orally administered with the same concentration of antipyrine ( Positive control) similar effect, can significantly inhibit the increase in vascular permeability. In the carrageenan-induced rat paw edema model, oral administration of Ro at 10, 50, and 200 mg/kg significantly inhibited edema but was less effective than indomethacin at 10 mg/kg of the positive control.
