水珍珠菜(Pogostemon auricularius)的乙醇提取物显示解痉活性,促使作者对其进行了详细的化学研究。柱层分离得到7个化合物经2D-H~1-H~1(COSY)、~1H-~(13)C(Hetero-COSY)~1H-~1H NOE差向NMR谱的研究,分别鉴定为7(3-甲丁基酰氧)-闭花木-13,15-二烯-18酸(Ⅰ),Ⅱ为I的甲酯;7-(千里光酰氧)-闭花木-13,15-二烯-18酸(Ⅲ),Ⅳ为Ⅲ的甲酯;闭花木-13,15-二烯-18酸(Ⅴ);7-羟基-闭花木-13,15-二烯-18酸(Ⅵ)和7-乙酰氧基-闭花木-13,15-二烯-18酸(Ⅶ)。植物原材料在2月份采集于印度的Thala-cauvery,Karnataka。详细的分离工艺流程已报道过。从植物地上部分(3kg)中得到萜类混合物(3g),在硅胶-AgNO_3柱中进行柱层析,得到化合物V(0.75g,3%乙醚的正已烷液),
The ethanol extract of Pogostemon auricularius showed antispasmodic activity, prompting the author to perform a detailed chemical study. Columns were separated to obtain 7 compounds by 2D-H 1 -H 1 (COSY), ~ 1H- 13C (Hetero-COSY) ~ 1H-~ 1H NOE differential NMR spectra were identified as 7(3-Methylbutanoyloxy)-Cyesco-13,15-diene-18 acid (I), II is a methyl ester of I; 7-(Senecio acyloxy)-Cypressomicin-13,15- Dien-18 acid (III), IV is a methyl ester of III; phytosan-13,15-diene-18 acid (V); 7-hydroxy-phytosan-13,15-diene-18 acid (VI ) and 7-Acetoxy-Cybrio-13,15-diene-18 acid (VII). Plant raw materials were collected in Thala-cauvery, Karnataka, India in February. A detailed separation process has been reported. A terpenoid mixture (3 g) was obtained from the aerial part of the plant (3 kg) and subjected to column chromatography on a silica gel-AgNO 3 column to give compound V (0.75 g, 3% diethyl ether in n-hexane).
