在铸造工业中,金附溶液的运输是一项极费劳动力的工作,采用以下几项新技术和新设备,不仅可以节省劳力、时间和能源费用,而且还可以现高金属溶液的质量。 1、使用反射炉连续熔化废金属和回炉料的系统; 2、采用滤网过滤金属熔液的新技术(此项工艺术刊将作介绍); 3、采用计量泵严格控制金属液供给量; 4、采用新型陶瓷管和金属熔液分配装置; 5、根据物理模型和计算机图形分析炉内金属熔液流动的方法。
