目的:建立百合知母汤红外光谱(IR)指纹图谱。方法:采用DTGS检测器,在4000~400cm-1红外区扫描,扫描累加16次,建立百合知母汤的IR指纹图谱。采用相关系数法和欧氏距离法计算10批百合知母汤IR共有峰的相似度。结果:10批百合知母汤的IR相似,相似度>90%。结论:本方法直接、快速、准确,可为百合知母汤的鉴别提供参考。
Objective: To establish the infrared spectrum (IR) fingerprint of Lily Zhimu Tang. Methods: The IR fingerprint of Lily Zhimu Tang was established by DTGS detector in the infrared region of 4000 ~ 400cm-1 and scanning for 16 times. Correlation coefficient method and Euclidean distance method were used to calculate the similarity of IR common peaks of 10 batches of Lily Zhimu Tang. Results: The IR of 10 batches of Lily Zhimu Tang was similar and the similarity was> 90%. Conclusion: The method is direct, rapid and accurate, which can provide a reference for the identification of lily Zhimu Tang.
