目的:了解上海地区二、三级医院中药注射剂的应用状况。方法:调查上海市12家二级医院和14家三级医院2007～2008年中药注射剂的用药金额、生产厂家等信息,并进行统计分析。结果:中药注射剂用药金额逐年上升,二级医院中药注射剂用药金额占比和年增长率均高于三级医院;用药金额排序前20位的中药注射剂品种均以心脑血管用药为主,三级医院抗肿瘤品种使用较多;销售金额排序前15位的中药注射剂生产企业随其产品竞争力的改变而发生改变,二级医院中药注射剂生产企业替代趋势较为明显。结论:中药注射剂用药金额快速增长,显示其市场需求较大。应加强中药注射剂有效性和安全性的研究与评价,重视临床合理性使用。
Objective: To understand the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection in second and third level hospitals in Shanghai. Methods: The amount of drug injection, manufacturer and other information of Chinese medicine injection from 2007 to 2008 in 12 secondary hospitals and 14 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were investigated and statistically analyzed. Results: The dosage of traditional Chinese medicine injections increased year by year, and the proportion and the annual growth rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections in Grade II Hospitals were higher than those in Grade III Hospitals. The top 20 Chinese medicine injections were predominantly cardiovascular drugs, There were more anti-tumor varieties in the hospital; the top 15 Chinese medicine injection manufacturers with sales amount changed with the change of their product competitiveness, and the substitution trend of Chinese medicine injection manufacturers in the second-class hospital was more obvious. Conclusion: The rapid growth of the amount of Chinese medicine injection shows that the market demand is larger. Should enhance the effectiveness and safety of Chinese medicine injection research and evaluation, the importance of clinical rational use.
