为探讨nm23基因在评估肺癌生物学行为及预后中的作用,应用免疫组化方法检测了41例肺癌和30例癌旁肺组织中nm23/NDPK的表达。结果显示nm23表达率癌组织显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.001),且与其病理分级、TNM分期及肺门和(或)纵膈淋巴结转移均呈正相关(P<0.01),与分型无关(P>0.05);nm23在肺癌胞浆、胞核及核膜中均可表达,其表达部位的差异可能和病理分级、分期有关(P<0.05),与分型及转移无关(P>0.05)。提示:nm23基因可作为肺癌诊断、生物学行为及预后评估的指标。
To explore the role of nm23 gene in the evaluation of biological behavior and prognosis of lung cancer, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of nm23/NDPK in 41 cases of lung cancer and 30 cases of adjacent lung tissue. The results showed that the nm23 expression rate was significantly higher in cancer tissues than in adjacent tissues (P<0.001), and was positively correlated with histological grade, TNM stage, and hilar and/or mediastinal lymph node metastases (P<0.01). (P>0.05); nm23 is expressed in cytoplasm, nucleus and nuclear membrane of lung cancer, and the expression of nm23 may be related to pathological grading and staging (P<0.05), but not to typing or metastasis (P>0.05). ). Tip: nm23 gene can be used as an indicator of lung cancer diagnosis, biological behavior and prognosis evaluation.
