gp130是IL-6等细胞因子的共有信号传导链,其胞浆区具有在细胞因子受体家族中有一定保守性的BOX1、BOX2和BOX3,在信号传导中具有重要作用。已知gp130通过JAK-Stat途径和MAP激酶途径传导信号。但不能激活上述两条途径的gp130截断变异体仍可传导增殖信号,表明有其它gp130信号传导途径存在。
gp130 is a common signal transduction chain of cytokines such as IL-6. The cytoplasmic domain of gp130 has some conservations of BOX1, BOX2 and BOX3 in the cytokine receptor family and plays an important role in signal transduction. It is known that gp130 transduces signals through the JAK-Stat pathway and the MAP kinase pathway. However, gp130 truncated variants that failed to activate the two pathways described above still transmit proliferative signals, suggesting that other gp130 signaling pathways exist.
