目的 :完善甲亢灵片的质量标准。方法 :对处方中的山药、夏枯草进行TLC鉴别 ,对丹参进行含量测定。结果 :在TLC色谱中能检出山药及夏枯草 ;丹参素在 0 .175 4～ 0 .876 8μg范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9991;平均回收率为97.7,RSD =1.3%。结论 :实验方法操作简单 ,可以用来控制本制剂质量
Purpose : To improve the quality standard of Jialingling Tablets. Methods: TLC identification of yam and Prunella vulgaris in prescriptions was carried out. Salvia miltiorrhiza was determined. RESULTS: Chinese yam and Prunella vulgaris could be detected in TLC chromatograms; Danshensu had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.175 4 to 0.868 μg, r = 0.991; the average recovery was 97.7, RSD = 1.3% . Conclusion: The experimental method is simple and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
