本文报告二十个题目化合物的80兆~1H NMR谱。这些新合成的化合物均未见诸文献。利用偶合常数鉴定了β-内酰胺环的立体构型,并对图谱进行了解析,证明所合成的化合物均为顺式构型的β-内酰胺单环衍生物,同时讨论了溶剂和取代基对化学位移的影响。
This article reports the 80 trillion ~ 1H NMR spectrum of twenty subject compounds. None of these newly synthesized compounds has been reported. The stereoconfiguration of β-lactam ring was identified by the coupling constants, and the spectra were analyzed. All of the synthesized compounds were proved to be β-lactam monocyclic derivatives in cis configuration. The solvent and the substituents Effect on chemical shift.
