本文介绍了不锈钢衬里多层式绕带高压容器焊接接头采用纯铁体过渡层的工艺试验。通过纯铁体堆焊试验及模拟试板焊接试验,确定了纯铁体过渡层的不锈钢基体的选择原则,探讨了过渡层的焊接层数、焊接材料、焊接顺序、焊接参数以及不锈铜基体材料、焊接参数对金相组织和机械性能的影响。文中还从技术经济效果上对纯铁体过渡方式作了评价,指出了纯铁体过渡层的适用范围。
This article describes the stainless steel lining multi-layer wound with high pressure vessel welded joints pure iron body transition layer process test.
