目的探讨维持性血液透析患者发生急性左心衰竭的原因及对策。方法回顾性分析62例维持性血液透析患者进行14237次血液透析,于透析间期出现急性左心衰39例次的抢救过程。结果38例次来院经紧急血液透析等综合抢救措施,均抢救成功;1例未送至我院者死亡。结论血透患者发生急性左心衰竭原因复杂,容量负荷过重、高血压、肺部感染是最常见原因;紧急血液透析加综合抢救措施,可明显提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the causes and countermeasures of acute left heart failure in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Retrospective analysis of 62 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients for 14237 hemodialysis, dialysis during acute left heart failure occurred in 39 cases of rescue process. Results 38 cases were hospitalized by emergency hemodialysis and other comprehensive rescue measures were rescued successfully; 1 case did not send to our hospital were killed. Conclusion The causes of acute left heart failure in patients with hemodialysis are complex, the capacity overload, hypertension and pulmonary infection are the most common causes. Emergency hemodialysis combined with comprehensive rescue measures can significantly improve the curative effect.
