对中小学生进行思想行为规范化养成教育是社会发展对人才素质提出的客观要求,是加强和改进中小学生德育工作的需要,也是中小学生思想行为发展的需要。近几年来,通过探索形成了一套对中小学生思想行为规范养成教育的模式和应把握的几个原则。促使学生形成健康的人格,增强德育工作的实效性,从而培养出适应社会发展要求的合格人才。
The standardization of primary and secondary school students’ ideological and behavioral education is an objective requirement of social development for the quality of qualified personnel. It is the need of strengthening and improving the primary and secondary school students’ moral education and also the development of primary and secondary school students’ ideological and behavioral needs. In recent years, through exploration, a set of principles and norms for education of primary and middle school students to develop the model of education and should grasp several principles. Promote students to form a healthy personality and enhance the effectiveness of moral education, so as to train qualified personnel to meet the requirements of social development.
