X射线荧光光谱法是区域化探试样最有效的分析方法之一。用自动的、计算机控制的X射线荧光谱仪(理学3080谱仪)进行分析,能快速得出准确结果。本文讨论了试样制备方法,用低压聚乙烯Z-1镶边,垫底压制粉末样片。时谱线重迭干扰的校正,元素间效应的校正和气流正比计数器的应用也进行了讨论。测定24种元素的检出限、准确度和精确度表明,X射线荧光光谱法适用于区域化探试样中主元素和微量元素的分析。方法简便、快速、成本低、效率高。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is one of the most effective methods for analyzing regional geochemical samples. An automated, computer-controlled X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (Rigaku 3080 spectrometer) analyzes the results quickly and accurately. This article discusses sample preparation methods, using a low-pressure polyethylene Z-1 trimmed, pressed bottom pressed powder samples. The correction of overlap line interference, the correction of the inter-element effect and the application of the air-flow proportional counter are also discussed. The detection limit, accuracy and precision of the determination of 24 elements indicate that X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is suitable for the analysis of major elements and trace elements in regional geochemical samples. The method is simple, fast, low cost and high efficiency.
