在开采地下水的水文水井钻探施工中,有时需要拔出下入井内的部分或全部井管,这既费力又麻烦。当井管口径较大,井壁管滞留孔内时间较长,又无较合适的起拔工具时,起管更显得困难。在长期的水文水井钻探施工中,我们摸索出了一种组合楔起拔大口径井管的方法。实践表明,采用此法起拔8时(φ219mm)以上的大口径井管,成功率达90%以上。组合楔具有制造简单,起拔性能可靠,操作方便,井内阻力大时可自行退出,井内不留后遗症等优点,是当前起拔大口径井管的一种效果较好的方法。
In the exploitation of groundwater hydrological wells drilling, sometimes need to pull out into the well part or all of the well, which is laborious and cumbersome. When the well pipe diameter is larger, the well wall tube retention hole longer, and no more appropriate pulling tool, the starting pipe more difficult. In the long-term hydro-water well drilling construction, we explored a combination of wedge pull large-caliber well pipe method. Practice shows that the use of this method from the time of pulling 8 (φ219mm) above the large diameter tube, the success rate of more than 90%. Combination of wedge has the advantages of simple manufacturing, reliable lifting performance, easy operation, resistance to well when the well can exit on their own, leaving no sequelae in the well and other advantages, is the current pull large diameter well tube is a better method.
