中学图书馆在教育与教学上有着不可替代的作用。在实施素质教育中,图书馆是培养四有人才的重要阵地。因此,中小学图书馆是办好学校的必备条件。随着科学技术的现代化,图书馆的数字化是必然趋势。不但要求每个馆员辛勤工作,而且要求每个人自身角色的转化,因为信息化时代的到来,不但要掌握中学计算机技能的操作应用,而且还要应对外语基础知识的应用。因此,建立和完善学校图书馆管理机制乃是当务之急。
The middle school library plays an irreplaceable role in education and teaching. In the implementation of quality education, the library is to train four important personnel positions. Therefore, primary and secondary school library is a necessary condition for running a school. With the modernization of science and technology, digitalization of the library is an inevitable trend. Not only requires each librarian hard work, but also requires the transformation of each person’s own role, because the arrival of the information age, not only to master the operation and application of computer skills in high school, but also to deal with the application of basic knowledge of foreign languages. Therefore, setting up and perfecting school library management mechanism is a top priority.
