根据半年多的轴载测定数据,分析得到了京珠南高速公路各类轴型的轴载谱及其时变特征;通过对称重仪的标定,弄清了称重仪计量偏差的分布规律;总结了计量偏差对轴载谱的影响,提出了修正公式;提出了更直观地表征车辆荷载对路面结构损伤作用的“当量轴载”概念,得出了各类路面结构的当量轴载与轴载谱均值和标准差的统一回归关系式;讨论了不同抽样量对当量轴载精度的影响,给出了不同工程精度要求下轴载测定的最小抽样量。研究成果用于指导京珠南高速公路的路面改扩建工程,也为我国轴载检测和评定方法的标准化提供了依据。
According to more than six months of axle load measurement data, the axle load spectrum and its time-varying characteristics of various shaft types on the Beijing-Zhuhai-Nanning Expressway were analyzed. Through the calibration of the weighing instrument, the distribution law of the measurement deviation of the weighing instrument was clarified. Summed up the impact of measurement error on the shaft carrier spectrum and put forward the correction formula; put forward the concept of equivalent shaft load more intuitively characterizing the damage effect of vehicle load on the pavement structure, obtained equivalent axle load of various pavement structures And the axial load spectrum mean and standard deviation of the unified regression equation; discusses the different sampling amount on the accuracy of the equivalent axis load, given the accuracy of different engineering requirements axle load measurement minimum sampling. The research results are used to guide the pavement reconstruction and extension project of Beijing-Zhuhai-Nanning Expressway and provide the basis for the standardization of the on-board inspection and assessment methods in China.
